- Inspecting the irrigation system while fully operational during the watering season
- Running each zone to verify proper operation and coverage

- Adjusting spray patterns and head alignment as needed
- Checking controller operation and zone communication
- Verifying controller settings are appropriate for mid-season conditions
- Checking rain sensor functionality (if present)
- Identifying and documenting any repairs needed
- Identifying areas for system improvement and potential water savings
