What’s Included in a Sprinkler System Winterization
- Shutting off the irrigation water supply
- Connecting an air compressor to the system
- Blowing out each zone individually to remove water from lines and sprinkler heads
- Ensuring sprinkler heads and lateral lines are properly drained
- Shutting down and powering off the controller
- Identifying and documenting any issues noticed during winterization
